Support groups provide an opportunity for individuals to share personal experiences and coping strategies in a group setting led by a mental health professional. Benefits include feeling less isolated, gaining new insight, and an increased sense of belonging.

Healing in Recovery
A support group for those with a history of trauma and substance use.
CBT for Depression and Anxiety
A support group for those with a history of depression or anxiety to learn about how to manage symptoms and improve functioning.
Anger Management/Emotional Regulation Group
A group therapy session for adults to learn how to regulate their emotions and how to live with a healthy mindset.
Accepts community referrals.
Partnering agencies will transfer client’s treatment under the appropriate program
Domestic Violence Survivor Group
A group therapy session for survivors of domestic violence to learn the building blocks on how to foster a healthy attachment style and lifestyle.

Domestic Violence Perpetrator Group
A group therapy session for perpetrators of domestic violence to learn how to emotionally regulate in partnerships for better, more healthy communication and attachment.

Parenting Classes
In addition to our Family Preservation Program, we offer classes for parents who seek better parenting skills and techniques to implement in their everyday life.

Incredible Years Parenting Group
Incredible Years Parenting Group is a 15-week class for parents who have children on the Autism Spectrum or with learning delays.
