Our strength lies in offering in-language services to the underserved, elderly monolingual Asian community members, as well as low-income families and individuals, many of whom lack technological and digital literacy.

Everyone needs health Insurance. CSC certified Covered California enrollment counselors can explain your health coverage options, help you select the best plan for your medical needs and budget, and assist with your renewals.
Low-income families may qualify for free no cost coverage via Medi-Cal.

FOOD ASSISTANCE
Cal Fresh, formerly known as the Food Stamp program, provides financial assistance for purchasing food to low-income individuals/households.
CSC will assist qualified applicants to apply or renew their application.

SUPPORTIVE SERVICES PROGRAM (SSP)
The goal of the Supportive Services Program (SSP) is to promote and maintain independent living for older adults over the age of 60. A variety of services are available to address functional limitation, maintain health and independence, promote socialization, and ensure access to older adult services.
Preference is given to those older individuals with the greatest economic and/or social needs. Services are limited to individuals residing in Los Angeles County, excluding the City of Los Angeles.
