1st, 2nd, and booster shots available (including Pfizer boosters for ages 12+)
Pfizer vaccines available for ages 5+
Moderna vaccines available for ages 18+
J&J vaccines available for ages 18+
Please bring your vaccination card and proof of identity.
If you are under an insurance plan, please also bring your insurance card.
