About the event
All three COVID-19 vaccinations (Pfizer 5yr+, Moderna and J&J 18yr+) will be available for first dose, second dose, and boosters. While supplies last we will also be giving out Covid-19 at home test kits.
Pfizer vaccines available for ages 5+
Moderna vaccines available for ages 18+
J&J vaccines available for ages 18+
Please bring your vaccination card and proof of identity (Driver's License, School ID, Passport, etc).
If you are under an insurance plan, please also bring your insurance card.
